lexander William Salter is an assistant professor of economics in the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University.
He is also the Comparative Economics Research Fellow at TTU’s Free Market Institute.  Alexander has published dozens of academic papers on topics as diverse as monetary economics, political economy, and the law and economics of space policy.  In addition to contributing to scholarly journals, he serves as an associate editor of the Journal of Private Enterprise.
